What Is a Connecticut Lease?

Terms and Conditions:

  • The Tenant Ms. Mitts hereby warrants that she has examined the premises “1222 Cecelia Ct” situated in the County of “Columbus” in the state of “Georgia” and that the premises are clean and in good order during the signing of this Connecticut Lease Agreement.
  • The Landlord leases the mentioned premises to the Tenant while the Tenant leases the mentioned premises from the Landlord with all appurtenances for a period of 48 months / 4 years [Months or Years], with the term commencing on 18 November 2011, and ending on 19 November 2015 at 10:35 AM.
